Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide for our products under 10 lbs. Larger products that are greater than 10 lbs, we only ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers. Standard shipping is $159 on all orders unless there is a free shipping promotion.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, Standard will take an estimated 1-4 business days for processing and an estimated 1-3 weeks for transit in Canada and the US.

For custom orders, lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks. This estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy and the Custom Order lead times, please see the Store Policy page.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

Interior designer, specified it for 4 clients, all obsessed
I'm an interior designer and I specified this Kouvr bar for a client's home entertainment space. I had seen it online but was nervous about specifying a piece I hadn't seen in person, especially at this price point. When it arrived for the install, I was genuinely blown away. The concrete top has the kind of handcrafted quality you typically only get from custom fabrication. The Acacia wood slats are perfectly milled and spaced. The powder-coated footrest is properly weighted and finished. My client walked in during the installation and literally gasped. She called her husband and said 'you need to come home and see this right now.' Since that first install, I've now specified the Anouk bar for three more clients. One of them is a tech executive who wanted a 'power bar' for his home office. Another is a couple who entertain constantly and needed a proper bar that could handle heavy use. The third is a young professional who saved up for her first piece of real furniture and wanted something that would last decades. Every single client has been thrilled.
