Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Fenlo Form is an online-only retailer. Orders are fulfilled from our distribution centers in China, Turkey, and Vietnam. Individual product origins are listed on each product page.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak periods (including sales events, holidays, or high-volume seasons), dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
- Custom or made-to-order items require additional processing time of 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Timeframes (Estimated)
- Shipping timeframes begin after dispatch, not at the time of purchase.
- Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- International Orders: 6–12 business days
- Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking.
- A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once available, typically within 24–48 business hours after dispatch.
- If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Courier & Delivery Requirements
- Most orders require a signature on delivery.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
- International customers may need to contact the courier directly to reschedule delivery.
- DHL Express does not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Fenlo Form does not collect, estimate, or control customs fees.
- Refused or unpaid duties may result in the parcel being returned, destroyed, or abandoned by the carrier.
- If a parcel is returned to sender due to unpaid duties or unsuccessful delivery attempts, any return costs incurred by the carrier may be deducted from the issued store credit.
Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping availability may change due to carrier limitations or regulatory restrictions.
- We do not currently ship to certain countries or regions. Customers will be notified at checkout if shipping is unavailable to their location.
- For DHL-specific delivery requirements:
- Some countries require a PO Box address
- Others require a street address only
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
Pre-Orders
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
- To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender Orders
- If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect from courier
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
- A store credit will be issued for the value of the items only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
- While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Fenlo Form is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
- If you believe your package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, please contact our support team so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
