We ship worldwide for our products under 10 lbs. Larger products that are greater than 10 lbs, we only ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

For in-stock orders, Standard will take an estimated 1-4 business days for processing and an estimated 1-3 weeks for transit in Canada and the US.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.
