Finally solved it and I can prove it. Ive tried snoring products for years and havent hesitated to try the cheapest and most expensive. I was literally researching surgery just so I could sleep in the same room as my wife. I ordered this skeptical because I really thought my snoring was more mouth based than nasal. I was wrong! I used this and immediately was back in bed with my wife. I record my snoring and track results with the Snore Lab app so I can know for sure. Im posting the results. Cannot Exercise Without Oxybreathe I have been using Oxybreathe for over 2 years, and I truly cannot exercise without it! It has significantly improved my ability to maintain nose breathing throughout my workouts, particularly during heavier lifting sessions. Recently, I lost my band, and I tried going to the gym without it. I noticed a big difference. My workout was terrible, breathing was off, and it really impacted my performance. I was also very distracted trying to focus so much on my breathing - with Oxybreathe, it feels much more natural to nose breathe since it opens the nasal cavity, and I can focus on other elements of my form. So, I was excited to buy a new starter kit with their awesome new packaging! Instantly better I own an airway health center where we provide patient solutions to breathe better! Outside of actual medical procedures to open the airway we offer advice for things they can try on their own. That being said I have tried ALL the products and tapes and bands and straps that promote nasal breathing. Oxybreathe hands down is the most effective. As I try so many products, I rarely have wow moments but I did when I put on the magnets and band. Not only do I recommend to my patients but I personally switched over to using this nightly. Only hope is that someday they have lots of colors to choose from!

This thing is shockingly good!! It will save you money and work better in the long run compared to buying nasal strips every night. I was considering using an insertable nasal dilator, but they always seemed so uncomfortable and unhygienic. I wasn't sure what to expect from this since the regular disposable nose strips never were that great for me. Oxybreathe turned out to be amazing!! It really gives you great air flow without having to put anything up your nose, and it's very comfortable!For sizing, I have an average nose for a woman. I usually use the size M1. It really depends on placement and it will take some trial and error to find the best placement for the stickers. If I place them closer to the bridge of my nose I can only get the S2 to fit, whereas if they are placed closer to my cheeks I can use the M2. Both placements open up my airways well, so if you apply the stickers unevenly it should still work just fine. I have read that people with particularly large noses might have trouble (the largest size they offer is not included in this kit, nor is the smallest size). I recommend playing with the placement a bit if you're having difficulty.It was super easy to use. I did have some trouble with the sticker lifting off my nose on one side at first. I was still able to keep wearing it the rest of the night since it didn't come off all the way and still added some lift to my nostril. To make sure it stays on all night clean your nose thoroughly. My snoring has gotten progressively worse over the years and my husband finally griped enough to get me to do something about it. These have almost completely stopped my snoring! I got the 1 month pack used it for a few days, had great results, and then ordered a 2 month supply and then fully subscribed every month!
As long as you can read and follow the directions, Oxybreathe works fantastically and you barely notice youre wearing them.
The first time I used the tabs, I didnt have them placed perfectly, but it still opened up my nasal passages and stopped my snoring; just wasnt as comfortable as correctly placed tabs. Even then though, it wasnt unbearable or anything.
They stress that placement is key and they are absolutely correct (the video is very helpful). They also advise using an alcohol prep pad where youre going to put the tabs and I can confirm that it works great. If you struggle getting the adhesive tabs off in the morning, hold a warm damp washcloth on the tabs for a minute or 2 and they come off a lot easier.
