- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
- Items marked with the FINAL SALE message or hygiene-risk products cannot be returned unless faulty
- We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will receive a refund. (Please note that the Kouvr Warehouse undertakes strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return).
- Please take due care when trying on any products. (Items that are manually defected or do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer).

BEST BAG EVER, got it four months ago and wore it every single day since. It’s the perfect dimension and the strap is something out of this word. Omg fr I loooove this bag!!! I’ve been taking it to school and shopping and it fits my 2012 macbook pro (massive and heavy af), notebooks, shirts, my 1 LT hydro flask, and all my smaller stuff!! I was so excited for it to get here and it had a delicious scent packet inside that now lives in my room and smells sooo good. ALSO: I’m vegan so the fact that it’s vegan leather makes it a MUST buy. Buy it fr man its the best. …might buy it in brown now
