This thing is shockingly good!! It will save you money and work better in the long run compared to buying nasal strips every night. I was considering using an insertable nasal dilator, but they always seemed so uncomfortable and unhygienic. I wasn't sure what to expect from this since the regular disposable nose strips never were that great for me. Oxybreathe turned out to be amazing!! It really gives you great air flow without having to put anything up your nose, and it's very comfortable!For sizing, I have an average nose for a woman. I usually use the size M1. It really depends on placement and it will take some trial and error to find the best placement for the stickers. If I place them closer to the bridge of my nose I can only get the S2 to fit, whereas if they are placed closer to my cheeks I can use the M2. Both placements open up my airways well, so if you apply the stickers unevenly it should still work just fine. I have read that people with particularly large noses might have trouble (the largest size they offer is not included in this kit, nor is the smallest size). I recommend playing with the placement a bit if you're having difficulty.It was super easy to use. I did have some trouble with the sticker lifting off my nose on one side at first. As long as you can read and follow the directions, Oxybreathe works fantastically and you barely notice youre wearing them.

The first time I used the tabs, I didnt have them placed perfectly, but it still opened up my nasal passages and stopped my snoring; just wasnt as comfortable as correctly placed tabs. Even then though, it wasnt unbearable or anything.

They stress that placement is key and they are absolutely correct (the video is very helpful). They also advise using an alcohol prep pad where youre going to put the tabs and I can confirm that it works great. If you struggle getting the adhesive tabs off in the morning, hold a warm damp washcloth on the tabs for a minute or 2 and they come off a lot easier.
